1. Data Collection & Usage
OggyCloud collects infrastructure metadata via read-only cloud APIs. This includes instance types, utilization metrics, and billing records.
We do NOT collect application data, database contents, or user PII stored within your cloud environments. Our access is strictly limited to infrastructure configuration.
2. AI Optimization Data
We use anonymized infrastructure patterns to train our cost-prediction ML models. This data is aggregated and stripped of all identifying cloud account markers.
Your specific infrastructure footprint is never shared with third parties or used to train models accessible by other customers.
3. Third-Party Transparency
We integrate with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) to fetch your data. We do not sell your metadata to data brokers or advertising networks.
Operational data may be shared with subprocessors necessary for service delivery, such as our hosting and database providers.
