1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing OggyCloud, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease usage of the platform.

OggyCloud provides automated infrastructure audit and remediation services as-is, without warranties of uptime beyond those specified in our SLA.

2. Success Fee Billing Model

Primary billing is calculated as a percentage of 'Realized Savings' identified and implemented via the platform. Savings are tracked for 30 days post-implementation.

Failure to pay the commission fee within 14 days of invoice generation may result in suspension of automated remediation services.

3. Limitation of Liability

While OggyCloud provides automated suggestions, the final execution of remediation (manual or auto-remedy) is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for production downtime resulting from infrastructure changes.

Our maximum cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to OggyCloud in the preceding 6 months.
